This website allows citizens to request birth and death certificates, which can be promptly sent to customers. They will receive the certificates by courier. Records can be updated by citizens. They can use this website to see if their name is registered or not.

** If an application is submitted within two years of the date of birth, a birth certificate can be obtained at the relevant area’s ward. If the child is older than two, a birth certificate can be obtained from the relevant GHMC circle office. If the birth registration is entered into GHMC records, GHMC will provide a birth certificate.

** Citizens can collect their certificates instantly from Citizen Service Centers or mee-Seva centers. Records pertaining to them are now openly available.
